PROFESSIONAL ROBOTICS LEAGUE — EVENT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND MEDIA CONSENT ProRL Combine | April 19, 2026 | Boston Seaport District

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING. BY COMPLETING REGISTRATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS BELOW.

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand and acknowledge that attendance at the ProRL Combine (the "Event") involves exposure to novel technology, including operational humanoid robots, and that such exposure carries inherent risks. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my attendance, including but not limited to risks arising from robot operation, mechanical failure, environmental conditions, crowd activity, and the general nature of a live technology demonstration event.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to attend the Event, I hereby release and discharge Professional Robotics League PBC ("ProRL"), WS Development, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, and partners (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses of any kind arising out of or related to my attendance at the Event, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or costs (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising from my conduct at the Event or my breach of this agreement.

4. Medical Authorization

I authorize the Released Parties and any medical personnel present at the Event to provide emergency medical treatment if I am unable to consent due to injury or incapacitation. I understand that ProRL is not responsible for any costs associated with such treatment.

5. Photography and Videography Consent

I understand and acknowledge that photography, videography, and audio recording will take place throughout the Event. I hereby grant ProRL and its authorized partners, sponsors, and media representatives the irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my image, likeness, voice, and appearance at the Event. I further grant ProRL the right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish such content in any medium now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to print, digital, social media, broadcast, and promotional materials, for any lawful purpose, without compensation to me.

6. Rules and Conduct

I agree to comply with all Event rules, staff instructions, and applicable laws while on the premises. I understand that ProRL reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event for failure to comply, without refund or compensation.

7. Severability

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

9. Acknowledgment

I represent that I am 18 years of age or older, or that I am the parent or legal guardian of a minor attendee and am authorized to sign this agreement on their behalf. I have read and understood this agreement in its entirety and agree to its terms voluntarily and without coercion.
